Issue type Information (manually entered).
Images (manually entered).

Data Controller, Data Processor and Processing of your Personal Data

The data you provide may be and is almost always shared with, but not limited to, the appropriate Local Authority and other key stakeholders for the sole basis and purpose of resolving service delivery issues you have raised through FixMyCity.

The basis and purpose of the processing of the data you provide is to enable you to:

Provide the details of the issue to the relevant organisations for them to resolve the reported issue.
Keep updated with the progress of your reported issue by those responsible for resolving it.

Data provided specific to a report you raise, or update will be retained by Cite for 1 year after the last activity on that report.

Your Rights with respect to the Personal Data we hold

Consent – You may access the Web Site and App without providing any Data at all. However, to use all Services and Systems available on the Web Site or our apps you may be required to submit information or other Data. By providing that Personal Data and using the services you consent to the processing of your Personal Data in accordance with the terms laid out in section above.

Right to Withdraw Consent – You have the right to request from Cite that your Personal Data is removed and no longer consent to it being processed. Requests for the Right to withdraw Consent should be made via info@fixmycity.co.zw. We will remove all Personal Data held within 14 days of receipt of the request. We will make all reasonable effort to make the request on your behalf to the organisations we have passed on your Personal Data that you have withdrawn your consent to have your personal data processed. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Data security is of great importance to FixMyCity and to protect your Data we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure Data collected by the App and WhatsApp.

Changes to this Policy

FixMyCity reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. Any changes will be immediately posted on the Web Site and you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the Policy on your first use of the Web Site following the alterations.
